Mrs Oldbucks Pantry, the original and famous shop on the corner in Berrima. Home to a range of delicious products in-store and online.

The Challenge

Mrs Oldbucks Pantry was originally established as Mrs Oldbucks in the early 1980’s as a homemade jam shop.

The store located on Oldbucks Corner in Berrima now offers a range of over 180 teas, delicious jams, preserves and gourmet products both in-store and online.

The strict brief was that we were to bring the brand front of mind to a new demographic of buyers while paying respect to the brand as it has been established.

We worked hand in hand with Carol Brown, the owner of Mrs Oldbucks Pantry to ensure that the brand message was delivered according to the brand purpose and her business goals.

The Solution

Integrated marketing solutions led to engagement and growth.

By enabling co-creation with the consumers and Mrs Oldbucks Pantry, we set the framework for a Customer Success Strategy that would see the brand continue to build during the toughest times of 2019, 2020 and even 2021.

By utilising the principles of an integrated marketing and communications strategy we were able to build brand elements that supported the history of Mrs Oldbucks Pantry while successfully building a revenue model that complemented an instore and online engagement strategy that has allowed for incremental growth.
